HOW WERE THE FLOWERS CREATED?
For look one, The final garment flowers will be lambskin leather and silk gazaar. However, I wanted an accurate number for the final flowers for the prototype, so I created them using cardstock and harrow fabric. Each harrow flower has wire to shape it to its desired position...
CUSTOM SHOULDER PADS
In order for the flowers to stand out, I created custom shoulder pads in the dress by stacking and hand stitching felt pads.

What Pattern Will Be Printed?
For Look 2, through photoshop,I was able to create a pattern symbolizing the building of Gran Teatro, La Habana. This will be printed on the final fabric of look 2.
Lace-work...
For look 2, I will utilize my Solstiss Lace Sponsorship for the entire suit. Additionally, with the help of SCAD's digital textile printing facilities, the pattern will be printed on Solstiss' provided lace as shown below...
